Questions about TAPBiz
Answers on company TAP seats, how customers receive cards, where TAPBiz is available and who is responsible for guest data.
What's the difference between TAP and TAPBiz?
TAP is for individuals; a Business Account in TAP covers up to 3 cards. TAPBiz is for organizations that need more cards, kiosks and admin control.
Do my guests need TAPBiz?
No. Guests receive with TAP, the consumer app.
Is TAPBiz on iPhone?
TAPBiz is Android for now.
Where is TAPBiz available?
We're starting in the US, then Canada and Mexico.
How do admins manage the team?
With TAPsoft, on Windows or the web. It's included with organization packages.
Can we export contacts to our CRM?
Admins can export contacts from TAPsoft as a CSV file to bring into your CRM. Tell us which CRM you use and we'll tell you what works today.
Do you have SOC 2, ISO or HIPAA certification, or SSO?
TAPBiz doesn't currently hold SOC 2, ISO or HIPAA certification, and there's no uptime SLA. Organization SSO isn't available today.
Does TAPBiz include Medical ID or TAP Rescue?
No. Those are personal features in TAP, not part of TAPBiz.
Can we try it?
Yes. Organizations can try TAPBiz with up to 3 seats.
Who is responsible for guest data from kiosks and exports?
Your organization decides what it collects from guests and is responsible for telling them and getting any consent it needs. Guest data you export is yours to protect. Offers reach guests only if they tick a separate, unchecked "send me offers" box. Signing in at a kiosk is not consent to marketing.
